Project: Forever Lovestruck – Editing & Proofreading a New Website

Our very good friend, Caroline Milne, recently launched her new business, Forever Lovestruck Weddings and Events, based on the tropical paradise island of Koh Tao, in the Gulf of Thailand. She asked Red Pencil Edits to provide editing and proofreading services for the web content, as well as a number of client documents, including email templates, a contract template and T&Cs.

Offering weddings planned to perfection on Koh Tao, whether it’s a simple elopement wedding with just the bride and groom, or a full-blown, bells-and-whistles white wedding, Caroline’s meticulous planning, fastidious attention to detail and stylish flair will guarantee you the wedding of your dreams in a tropical paradise.

As an experienced writer through her careers as a marketeer, event planner and school teacher, the brief was to proofread her new website. Caroline then extended this, asking for further feedback on the overall layout, content and images being used. After some further tweaks, www.foreverlovestruck.com was launched at the end of January 2017, together with Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest accounts.

Red Pencil Edits’ owner, Charlotte, was also able to provide guidance to Caroline on her client contract and T&Cs, having previously worked as a Contract Negotiator and International Contracts SME for global IT giant, IBM.
